Eggs in a Hole

Butter bread lightly on both sides and place the bread on a flat object, for example, a butter bowl lid. Cut a hole in the center of the bread with a small glass or cup. Place a piece of bread (with a hole in it) on a frying pan. Break open the egg and put it in the hole of the egg. Cook on medium heat until light brown, or however you prefer the eggs and toast.

Frances’ Eggs in the Nest

Make six 6-inch squares with aluminum foil. Butter each square and make a nest of corn, beef and squash on each square, big enough to hold one egg. Heat nest on foil for two minutes in a skillet. Break eggs into the center of the nest and add salt and pepper to taste. Remove from the skillet when eggs are done. Serve with toast for a great breakfast.

Easy Breakfast Sandwich

Fry the egg and meat at home. Once you reach the destination, butter each slice of the bread on one side. Now, place the buttered side in the camp iron. Next, place the egg followed by meat and cheese. Keep the other side on the slice on top (buttered side up). Now, close the camp iron and place it over hot fire. Cook each side for a minute and serve.

Camp Fruit Salad

For this, you need 1 can of fruit cocktail, 1 can of pineapple chunk, 1 can of mandarin oranges, 2 or 3 sliced bananas and 1 packet of instant lemon pudding mix. Place all the ingredients in order into a large plastic Ziploc bag and seal. Squeeze gently until well mixed. Spoon into paper cups and serve.
